"Charged right away, but shipping updates were lacking"
I ordered from Mandala Scrubs expecting a normal delivery timeframe, and I was charged right away, but then the shipping just kind of stalled. The tracking didn’t update for days, so I had no clue where my package was or if it was actually moving.
When it finally arrived, the scrubs themselves were fine, so no real complaint there. The frustrating part was the delivery process and the lack of updates. Customer service did respond, but it felt generic and didn’t really clear anything up. I wouldn’t say it was a terrible experience, but I probably wouldn’t order again if I needed something quickly.

"Still holding up after so many washes"
I’ve had my Mandala scrubs for a few months now they still look really good. I wash them all the time after shifts and I keep expecting some fading or—actually, the fit is still the same too, no weird shrinking. The fabric still feels like it did when I first got them. Happy with how they’ve held up.

"Soft scrubs, but felt a little ignored"
I got these scrubs a few weeks ago the fabric is really nice. They’re soft without feeling cheap or too thin, and they didn’t get stiff after washing, which I really appreciate for long shifts. I did feel a bit ignored when I had a question about sizing and didn’t really get much help, but the scrubs themselves are comfy enough that I’d probably still buy another set.

"Pretty solid for the price"
I grabbed two sets from Mandala and, shockingly, they’re actually good. The fabric feels decent, the fit worked well for me, and they don’t feel like they’re going to fall apart after one wash, which is always a fun bonus. They’re not absolutely perfect, because apparently that’s too much to ask, but for the price I’m happy with them

"Return process was way more stressful than it should’ve been"
I tried to return my scrubs it turned into such a headache. The weird part is, getting basic return info felt like I was asking for something complicated. Customer service took forever to get back to me, and when they did, the answers weren’t really that helpful. I felt like I had to keep following up just to move things along. After dealing with all that, I don’t think I’d order from them again.

"Cute colors, surprisingly easy to wear"
I’ll give Mandala credit, they really do have a lot of color options. I picked up a few tops and joggers, and the shades are actually cute without looking too loud or trying too hard. The styles are simple, which I guess could be boring, but it makes them easy to mix with the other scrubs I already have. Sizing was normal for me too, so no drama there. Overall, I’m happy with what I picked.

"I was a little nervous about ordering scrubs..."
I was a little nervous about ordering scrubs online, but the size chart ended up being spot on for me. I ordered my usual size and they fit just right, not too tight and not baggy. The pants length was good too, which is usually hit or miss for me. I did get frustrated waiting for them to arrive, but once they finally showed up, I was happy with them. Washed them once already and they didn’t shrink weird or anything.

"Actually not the comfiest for moving around"
I actually found these stiff, especially when I had to bend or walk around during my shift. They might be fine for standing still, but for moving all day they just weren’t that comfortable.
